The biased ranting of other individuals on Officer Booher's conduct is distasteful to say the least, and unwarranted as concluded by the county DA.

All obstruction charges from Jan 1 incident dropped by the DA.

Secret_Justice	Created On: 01/10/2010 05:31:31 Flag As Abuse Dayton & Amor's Cristy, Illoinois raised 25 yr old military trained Officer Booher, assisted Officers Marshall and Evans 1/1/2010 in beating a witness turned suspect. The witness already defenseless on the ground was socked in the face by Booher. After witness taken to hospital they attacked again having to be restrained by nurses of which I was 1
