Winwood	Created On: 09/19/2008 19:41:05 Flag As Abuse Last summer on my way to work I was stopped for speeding in Elgin by Officer Burkert. I was pretty upset, who likes to be stopped by the cops? I was waiting for the jerky cop lecture, but that did not happen. This officer was so cool, that I actually found myself thanking him for giving me a ticket! I swear I did that! He was cool for a cop!
