jonknee	Created On: 05/06/2008 08:22:23 Flag As Abuse On the contrary GetReal, Augello's superior officer came to the scene, studied photographs and decided that Augello was clearly in the wrong and that there was never any notification of parking restrictions. He apologized profusely. In addition to the payment from the city, the ticket issued by Augello was reversed. He failed the city that day.

I asked him where the signs were and he could not point them out but continued to authorize tows (5 or 6 cars). Augello was extremely rude and had no leg to stand on. The higher ups with TPD later agreed that the towing was improper and cut a check for the fee.
