I DO NOT AGREE!!! Phoenix Police Officer Michael Novak is very Unprofessional. He lacks the "People Skills" to be able to communicate with Citizens in the Community in a Professional Manner. Does not demonstrate compassion, and understanding of an issue. Demonstrates No Police Skills, and is Extremely Impolite. UNPROFESSIONAL!! RUDE!!!

very courteous, polite, and really helped with our situation. gave excellent advise on how to go about correcting our problem so it would not occur in the future.
