zappazappo	Created On: 08/16/2012 05:07:49 Flag As Abuse Sniping people for seat belts. Saw me put on my belt but decided to pull me over anyway. I was not speeding. Was intent on issuing ticket not knowledge. Very poor example of how traffic laws should be enforced. Just wanted to make the quick $45, and it showed. Got very smug when I suggested that a warning would have been sufficient. Pathetic.
